Shipping
All orders are shipped from our studio in London, UK. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing and dispatch.
We offer worldwide shipping via Royal Mail.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination and displayed at checkout.
Domestic UK orders are also shipped via Royal Mail. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout, but may vary. Once tracking is issued, a more accurate delivery timeframe will be available.
Please note: Any delivery delays once a parcel is in transit are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist if issues arise.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase — once shipped, we’re unable to make changes and cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address.
Returns
You may request a return on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
-In their original condition
-Unworn and unused
-With all tags still attached
-Returned in original packaging
Please handle garments with care when trying them on. Items returned with signs of wear, makeup, scent, or damage may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a reduced refund.
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn for press, styling, or photoshoots.
Returns must be authorised prior to sending. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements or are returned without prior approval.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the full order amount excluding shipping fees, within 2 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studioruthkent@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We may request supporting photos or information to assess the fault. Approved faulty items will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost.
Customs & Duties
All delivery costs, including international customs charges or duties, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Please check your country's customs office for additional costs before purchasing.
We know customs are the worst, but we promise these designs are worth it!
